Scraper ProPrivacy policy

Free trial — nothing leaves your computer
Before you sign in, everything stays in your browser: the data you collect, your saved setups and your free credit count. Nothing is sent to us.
What we collect when you sign in
- Email address — to send your sign-in code and identify your account.
- Collected data — encrypted in your browser with your account key (AES-256-GCM) before upload. Your key is stored on our server only in encrypted form, locked by a separate master key that is not kept in the database. We cannot read your collected data in normal operation.
- Job details — the job name, the website address it came from, column names (encrypted) and record counts, so you can see and download your jobs.
- Credit history — purchases and how many records were saved, so your balance is correct.
- Payments — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Contact form
If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message by email, and use them only to reply.
What the extension can access
- The page you open Scraper Pro on (activeTab, scripting): to find the list and collect it. It reads a website only when you open Scraper Pro on it, and asks for permission for each new website.
- Tabs: to keep a running job going when the page moves to the next page.
- Storage: to keep your free data, setups and settings in your browser.
The extension does not track your browsing, and does not read pages you don't open it on.
Who processes data for us
- Amazon Web Services — hosting and sending sign-in emails (Amazon SES).
- MongoDB database on our own server — accounts and encrypted data.
- Stripe — card payments.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, show ads, use your data for advertising, or share it except with the processors above to run the service.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. You can delete any saved job, or your whole account and all its data, from the extension at any time. Deletion is permanent. Payment records may be kept as long as tax law requires.
Children
Scraper Pro is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
