Questions
Do credits expire? No. Use them whenever you like.
Am I charged twice for the same row? No — the same record saved twice in the same job counts once.
What happens when my credits run out? The bot pauses. You can download everything you have, or buy credits and press Continue — it carries on from the same page.
Can I get a refund? Purchases are final except where the law says otherwise. Contact us if something went wrong.
